Trance is where emotion becomes rhythm, memory, and release.

I was introduced to trance music in 1999, and something in me connected with it immediately. The melodies, build-ups, emotion, and movement felt euphoric, calming, and deeply familiar.

My strongest connection is to trance artists like Armin van Buuren, Above & Beyond, Ferry Corsten, Ian Bluestone, Markus Schulz, Cosmic Gate, Ben Nicky, and Morgan Madison — artists whose sound feels expansive, emotional, and almost spiritual.

Beyond Trance

While trance is where I feel most emotionally connected, my taste in music stretches across many genres, artists, and energies. I connect deeply with electronic artists like deadmau5, Nora En Pure, Kaskade, Martin Garrix, Alesso, Don Diablo, Nicky Romero, Tritonal, Kygo, Tchami, Headhunterz, Knife Party, and Charlotte de Witte, along with progressive house, melodic techno, chill electronic, and darker club sounds.

Outside of electronic music, I also love artists and bands like Fleetwood Mac, Pat Benatar, Maroon 5, Good Charlotte, Tegan and Sara, Faith Hill, Tim McGraw, Bobby Pulido, and many others. What matters most to me is not genre alone, but emotional atmosphere, memory, movement, storytelling, nostalgia, vulnerability, and the way certain music can completely shift the emotional energy of a moment.
